Gran Porto Real hotel has received awards for the highest quality of service and excellent presentation of food that is provided in each one of their restaurants. One of the most honorary awards that we have received thus far is the “Cristal Plaque”.

This International award is granted for excellent quality, hygiene and control of all food and services that surround all of the restaurants at the Gran Porto Real . The restaurants go through a constant process of audits and reviews. Supervision and advice are given daily to help improve and obtain a level of consistency with the service and food provided to all the hotel´s clients and employees.

The object of this is to supply the guests and the hotel employees with the top level of service, health standards and quality of food.
