Real Resorts hotel’s have received awards for the highest quality of service and excellent presentation of the food that is provided in each one of the hotel restaurants.

One of the most honorary awards that we have received thus far is the “Cristal Plaque”.

This International award is granted for excellent quality, hygiene and control of all food and services that surround all of the restaurants at the Real Resorts. The restaurants go through a constant process of audits and reviews. Supervision and advice are given daily to help improve and obtain a level of consistency with the service and food provided to all the hotel’s clients and employees.

The goal of this is to provide the guests and the hotel employees with the higher level of service, healthy standards and quality of food.

Cristal means the following: Critical Risk Identification, using Strategy, Technology, Analysis and Logistics.

STARS AND DIAMONDS.

Stars and Diamonds is a national and international program that has certified Gran Caribe Real as a 5 Star hotel. It has also received the 4 Diamonds certification.

“Stars” qualify the hotel facilities and rooms. “Diamonds” qualify the amenities and the service that are offered and provided to all.
